Staff
HSWM's staff consists of 14 dedicated, knowledgeable and compassionate employees. Our experience ranges from formal education in wildlife biology and other sciences to dog training to numerous years in the sheltering and the animal care industry. Many of our employees have experience in shelter medicine, animal behavior and modification as well. We care for around 1200 orphaned animals at the shelter each year. Our animal family at home consists of 28 dogs, 34 cats, 1 guinea pig, 4 chickens, 1 gecko, 1 frog and some fish.
