Staff
The Humane Society of Western Montana staff consists of 16 dedicated, knowledgeable and compassionate employees. Our experience ranges from formal education in wildlife biology and other sciences to dog training to numerous years in the sheltering and the animal care industry. Many of our employees have experience in shelter medicine, animal behavior and behavior modification as well. We care for around 1300 animals at the shelter each year and maintain an adoption rate of 98%+. Our animal family at home consists of many dogs and cats, a few turtles, rabbits, birds and a beta fish.
