Pet food bank
HSWM continues to help those who need pet food assistance or who take care of feral cat colonies. We also have collars, leashes, dog bowls, dog treats, canned cat food and other miscellaneous supplies available.
While there are no restrictions on how often someone can receive food, we do require that your pets are spayed or neutered or have an appointment with a vet to be altered. Email or call the shelter at 549-HSWM to inquire about upcoming low-cost spay/neuter clinics for low-income individuals or families.
We have donated over 10,000 pounds of pet food and supplies to individual families and feral cat colony caregivers in the past two years and continue to help people in Missoula and surrounding communities.
Call 549-HSWM or email the Program Manager to inquire about pet food availability or stop by the shelter to pick up food.
